    I recently transitioned to eating plants only, concerned about protein sources, I started looking around and found these. just tried them yesterday, and loved them. Would only eat maybe twice a week, as Im not a big fan of unfermented soy, but they cooked perfectly via the instructions, and were firmly al dente. I bought the fettucine noodles for variety.

    First of all, I don’t like beans much and avoid eating them if possible. That being said, my girlfriend and I wanted to eat healthier and found The Only Bean at Horrocks. We gave it a try and I was not expecting to like it at all. I was pleasantly surprised by these noodles. The texture was great. It was fibrous and almost had an egg-noodle consistency. I wasn’t expecting to like the flavor but it was very appetizing. I ended up smashing my entire serving and wanted more. The feeling was the best experience. It was filling and made me feel good about myself, knowing how healthy they are. I’m excited to have found a pasta alternative that I enjoy and am looking forward to making many more meals with them!

    I made spaghetti about a week after I received this product and was actually pleasantly surprised. Love the fact that they have way less carbs than regular spaghetti noodles. They taste good and have pretty good texture. I would definitely buy these again.

    This is the perfect spaghetti alternative for me. As a type 1 diabetic, traditional spaghetti and pasta is very hard for me to eat without using a ton of insulin. When I cook it as per direction, my husband can’t tell the difference, so then we can both enjoy what would otherwise be too heavy of a carb load for me. I love this stuff!

    I will be the first to tell you that I’m a huge pasta lover. I could eat it everyday. I was first introduced to this particular edamame pasta by my husband’s friend and then after our first meal, had to order more. We absolutely loved it. It pairs perfectly with pesto sauce. I highly recommend giving it a try!

    I’ve tried a lot of different bean-based pastas as well and these are my favorite!! I love how quickly the noodles cook and the taste is great. They’re gluten-free and vegan which makes them a great option for people with dietary restrictions. Also, since they’re made from edamame, they have so much more protein than wheat-based pasta and there’s only one ingredient!! I highly recommend you at least give these a try if you haven’t already.

    A friend gifted me a box of The Only Bean, and I’m so glad she did! The texture is good and it’s very quick to cook. I made a cream sauce for it using store-bought tomato sauce and Kite Hill’s almond cream cheese. I can’t wait to try it with pesto and other nut sauces. I primarily eat an ovo-vegetarian diet, and it can be difficult for me to consume enough protein. If the noodles are part of my meal, I know I’m covered.

    Tried the edamame spaghetti and was not disappointed! I actually like this better than normal wheat pasta because it doesn’t taste particularly like edamame, but it doesn’t have a bland/rubbery taste like wheat pasta. It only takes a few mins to cook up and is a fantastic carb (and protein) substitute that doesn’t make you feel guilty eating it!

    We really like it. It cooks very fast and the texture is different but nice. The only thing that we found turns people off is the color when mixed with red sauce it isn’t real appealing but that doesn’t bother us and it has replaced regular pasta for us.

    I got these because of the carb count. I dont like a lot of the other low carb noodles. This one has kind of a higher count, but u dont need that many I use about a half a serving when I eat these. They dont take very long to cook and are great with meat and sauce

    Now this is by no means a pasta replacement as NOTHING can truly replace pasta HOWEVER it is good and very enjoyable. I bought it at a local health food store and bought more on Amazon. I will keep buying it. The texture is great and I can see why other reviewers said their kids liked it. I would eat it as a kid too. It is really very good. Enjoy!

    Unexpectedly good taste. They taste kind of woody but not in a bad way. The noodles are very fine which I prefer. Cooks in 5 minutes and they are so much better for you than regular pasta. This is what I am changing to for my spaghetti.

    After months with only spaghetti squash as a pasta stand-in, (shirataki being distasteful alternative) these were great in both texture and flavor. They are a little spongy, but overall are a delightful addition to the diet. I see many recipe options going forward.

    I have been doing low carb and keto dieting off and on for many years. I’ve even started my own keto baking business. I’ve tried ALL of the pasta alternatives. This is THE BEST I have tried! The spaghetti and the linguini versions are so good! It tastes like whole wheat or spinach pasta. The texture is amazing, like fresh pasta! The spaghetti version specifically is almost exactly like soba noodles! So many options with these noodles! I’ve made them with a meat sauce, pesto sauce, just butter, garlic and Parmesan sauce, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic and sesame oil sauce! Soooooo gooooood!

    I never cared for pasta, I love eating this. It has a different texture but not enough to turn me off. Will buy more once I run out. Also, it feels me up, something that regular pasta never did.

    This was recommended to me by my doctor. He knows I’m a foodie trying to shed some weight. Now this is not your homemade pasta you would get in a great Italian restaurant but it is the best healthy pasta i have ever had. I boiled for 3 min then rinsed with cool water. The low end of the directions. Keeps well in frig too. A little expensive but worth it!
