    Amazing Pasta! Having recently started a clean eating initiative, I’ve found that these The Only Bean pastas are a perfect macronutrient ratio to assist in any healthy eating lifestyle. Easy to cook and extremely flavorful.They pack a punch with 44g of protein per 3.5oz serving.

    I made these with standard low-calorie alfredo sauce and grilled chicken. Worked excellent, the pasta really has a characteristic flavor.

    It’s good to find “pasta” that has excellent nutritional content without a guilt of carb-filled meal. The price is spot on as well.

    These are game changer for my new diet. I cut out gluten and meat recently and have been searching for something like this. It goes with any meal I can think of and has the same protein as meat (44g per serving)! I tried black bean pasta before from trader joes but it didn’t have as much protein and the texture was mushy. These are perfectly al dente.

    Ordered this pasta to help with our New Years resolutions of eating healthier. I purchased it based on recommendations from my friends and I’m really happy that we discovered these!

    I cooked the pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes and then rinsed and strained it. Then I added some Trader Joes bolognese to it and it was absolutely delicious! My whole family approved and it’ll definitely be part of our regular diet from now on.
